Covington Creations, LLC is a company formed by Julie Johnson Barkley and a group of investors in August 2008 to manufacture, market and sell the Earbud Yo-Yo™.

The Earbud Yo-Yo™ is a cable organizing device invented by Julie Johnson Barkley. It is designed to organize the earbuds supplied with MP3 Players, iPods and cellular telephones equipped with MP3 Players. All of these audio devices use earbuds. Everyone who uses earbuds is aware that they are wonderful and essential audio devices to use when listening to music and movies, but they are difficult to stow when not in use because they tangle easily. It is this untangling process that frustrated her to the point where she sought out a solution. She developed the Earbud Yo-Yo™ as a solution to the problem of stowing the earbuds. The Earbud Yo-Yo™ is finally a simple solution for tangled earbuds.

Covington Creations, LLC has an exclusive license to manufacture and sell the Earbud Yo-Yo™. Julie Johnson Barkley, the Inventress, also heads the Company. To assist her, she has assembled a team of experts to help her bring this product to market and she employs business, legal, engineering, design and manufacturing experts.

The Earbud Yo-Yo™ will officially be launched on January 8, 2009 at the Consumer Electronics Show held in the Las Vegas Convention Center. Covington Creations, LLC is a member of the Consumer Electronics Association.
