We are very confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within7 days.

Contact Customer Service at 1-877-327-2831 and request a Return Authorization Code for your order. You will be sent a Return Authorization by email. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). Please return the merchandise pre-paid and insured via US Mail.
All items are inspected prior to shipment. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier.
We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.
Please Note:
- If the product has been excessively used, abused, or damaged, the return and credit will not be allowed.
- If the unit has been excessively used, abused, or damaged, additional charges may be deducted from the purchase price.
- The original shipping costs of the products is non refundable, and is the customers responsibility.
- The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on a return.
- All products must be returned in all the original boxes or packaging.
- Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
- Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS within the continental United States and Canada.
Shipping Policy:
- Our shipping charges are based on standard U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
- We offer USPS to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the all 50 of the United States.
- Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of US Priority Mail.
- Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm PST.
- Since USPS does not ship on Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.
- You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
- International shipping policy: We are sorry, but we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
